B2P Market Place Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our B2P Marketplace, a Business-to-Peer marketplace for buying and selling social media accounts and services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services.

2. Definitions

- "Buyer" means a user who purchases a social media account or service on our platform.

- "Seller" means a user who lists a social media account or service for sale on our platform.

- "User" means both Buyers and Sellers.

3. User Accounts

- Users must register for an account to access our platform.

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. Listings and Sales

- Sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of their listings.

- We add a minimal fee to all listing prices for platform maintainance and other charges.

- We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our Terms.

5. Payments and Fees

- We use a secure payment gateway to process transactions.

6. Delivery and Refunds

- Sellers must deliver the social media account or service within the agreed-upon timeframe.

- Buyers can request a refund if the delivery is not made within the timeframe.

7. Dispute Resolution

- We provide a dispute resolution process for Buyers and Sellers.

- Our decision in a dispute is final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

- Users retain ownership of their intellectual property.

- Our platform and services are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

- We can terminate or suspend a User's account for violating our Terms.

- Terminated Users cannot access our platform or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform or services.

- Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User.

11. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Cameroon laws.

By using our platform and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
