5. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation when the order will be delivered. All orders are estimated to be delivered within 0-48 Hours, After 48 hours we can cancel ur order.

6. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.

7. Account Inactivity and Balance Forfeiture

7.1. Any user account that remains inactive for a period of six (6) consecutive months will be marked as dormant.

7.2. Inactivity is defined as the absence of any login or transaction activity within that time frame.

7.3. Users can avoid account closure by logging in and performing any activity on the platform before the final deactivation date.

7.4. If an account is deemed dormant:

The account may be temporarily deactivated.

The unused balance will be forfeited and removed from our active liability records.

7.5. However, users retain the right to request account restoration. If a deactivated user contacts our Customer Support team within 1 month of deactivation, their account may be reactivated, and the previous balance partially or fully restored, depending on the records available at the time of review.

7.6. Restoration is subject to verification, system data, and the platform’s discretion. After 7 months, account and balance recovery is no longer guaranteed.

7.7. All users will be notified of this new terms and via our public channels and in our website.

7.8. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of these terms.
