Advertising Terms and Conditions.

Introduction:

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the display of advertisements ("Ads") by Scrapprr Innovations INC on our Website, Whatsapp Groups and/or Telegram channel.

By submitting an Ad for placement, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Ad Content and Approval:

Content: You are solely responsible for the content of your Ads, ensuring they are accurate, legal, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and defamation laws. 

Prohibited Content:

We reserve the right to reject or remove any Ad at our sole discretion, particularly Ads that contain: Illegal or harmful content, Adult content or sexually suggestive material, Discriminatory or hateful content, Misleading or deceptive claims, Content that infringes on third-party rights, Content that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of our Website or Channel.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment for Ads is due in full upon order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of Ad performance. By submitting an Ad, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your advertising campaign. 

3. Placement and Duration

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to display your Ad in accordance with your chosen placement options (e.g., Website banner, Telegram post). However, we do not guarantee specific placement positions.

Duration: The duration of your Ad campaign will be agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to remove Ads that are not renewed after the agreed-upon duration.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee any specific results like; impressions, clicks, conversions, or sales, from your Ads. 

Website and Channel Availability: We strive to maintain the availability of our Website and Channel but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. 

Third-Party Links: Ads may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our advertising services. 

6. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scrapprr Inovations INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your Ads, (b) your breach of this Agreement, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

7. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your advertising campaign at any time for any reason, with or without notice. 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

1. Transparency: We are committed to being transparent with our users about the ads they see on our platform. These ads are carefully selected to be relevant to your interests and may be based on information you provide to us, your use of the platform, and your interaction with our services.




2. Privacy: We will never share your personal information with advertisers without your explicit consent. All ads on our platform are subject to our Privacy policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.




3. Control: While we strive to show you ads that are relevant and valuable, we understand that you may not always be interested in seeing them. So you can simple close them.




4. Company Ads: We may occasionally display ads for our own company products and services. These ads are designed to inform you about our offerings and to help us grow our business. We believe these ads are valuable and relevant to our users.




5. Feedback: We welcome your feedback on the ads you see on our platform. You can contact us directly with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.




This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Scrapprr Innovations INC, relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
